He has a business The Engineering Leadership Community which specializes in building leaders in the software engineering community. • This business was very different from studying physical therapy and kinesiology in college so they discuss how he made the leap to the field of leader ship building
• Brent asks him about the importance of travel in his life and what is one of the unexpected areas that he found himself liking.

• Patrick supports a Cure Bike Ride that is run from Santa Barbara to San Diego in support of an illness called Leber’s Hereditary Optic Neuropathy. They discuss his personal involvement and why this particular charity is important to him.
