A young Paul Pitas thought he was going to be an Aeronautical Engineer.  A few Physics and Chemistry classes later he realized Business and Marketing degrees were a better route for him. First, though. he landed in TV news, starting his career as a reporter and finishing up as an Anchor and News Director at WKOW-TV in Madison, Wisconsin. From there he ascended to Public Relations in health care and, finally, at one of America's most popular fast-casual restaurants: Culver's.
