These new hires that we currently have aren't artists, you’ll hear a different perspective on what we look for in a front desk/social media hire, and for the first time someone we brought on to expand our services!

If you live in Las Vegas and want to become a licensed permanent makeup artist, a 6-month apprenticeship is required by the Southern Nevada Health District. Amber Guthery has been tattooing and traveling worldwide teaching other artists her sought after techniques for 10 years! Ms Amber Red offers an in-depth, and hands on apprenticeship program to only FIVE apprentices per year.
Amber is serious about the training she offers and only wants those that are serious about having a successful career within the permanent makeup industry to apply. This is a no BS - NO FLUFF apprenticeship. You need to apply yourself and come willing to learn. Amber is dedicated to providing custom training and mentorships to each individuals needs and learning styles.
All theory classes are accessible on-line which allows your time in the studio to be spent shadowing Ms Amber Red and her personally trained artists. Some things you can expect during your day to day: setting up and breaking down work trays, prepping the client, latex work (going over key movements on fake skin) and of course hands-on procedure training. In addition to all of that we don't just focus on the art of permanent makeup! We also focus on the art of starting and marketing your new business. Learn and understand how to utilize Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and YouTube. Plus learn to take great pictures and market yourself to your potential clients.
