It is with the greatest pleasure to introduce today’s guest on my podcast, whose name is known all over the world associated with one of the most recognized skincare brands. Continuing her father’s legacy, Dr. Suzan Obagi has made her presence known in the scientific and academic world through her many contributions in the field of Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, thereby creating her own identity and becoming a leader in her field. Most recently she finished her term as the president of the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and is now one of the biggest advocates and leaders in the society, inspiring not just women in the surgical field, but also colleagues like myself.

Currently, Dr. Obagi's academic commitments include serving as the director of dermatologic surgery for the residents in the department of dermatology at UPMC as well as the director of the cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowship. In addition, Dr. Obagi trains physicians from around the world on the latest in cosmetic and laser surgery.
