Today I am really excited to share my conversation with a very special guest.

He is the embodiment of hard work, resilience, and relentlessness. He is the very proof that in this world, having those traits always wins, no matter what. That winning means, enjoying the process without caring about other people’s opinions. That no matter how your odds are from the day you were born, whether it is like in his case with a physical disability that required over 13 surgeries or within extremely humble means, you can always live your dream. Yes, this is a real-life story and not a cliche or fairytale.

His name is David Rock, and he is the Executive Creative Director of Vayner Media, which is one of the most successful contemporary media and branding companies whose CEO and Chairman is nonother than Mr. Gary Vaynerchuk.

In this very up close and personal interview, David (to many known as “Drock”), shares his inside story of what it took him to land a job with Gary Vee after having worked as a freelance videographer, to now being his right-hand and Director of Creative at Vayner Media. But this is not where it stops for him. As he tells us himself, he is a dreamer at heart. Currently, he has his hands in much bigger projects and claims that at age 31, his work has not even begun yet.
