There is a line I need to draw in the sand. And it’s the line between telling you that YES, you can have whatever it is that you desire…and the part where I manage your expectations.

It kind of looks like this: “YES, you can have that and you can do that, but what I’m hearing is that you’re unwilling to make the changes that WILL BE necessary to get there.” That’s where the expectation management comes into play.
