Imagine being told that Alabama was the gold standard of elections and election integrity only to find out that the “state of the art” voting tabulators take scissor cut reprinted absentee ballots. Like so many of us after the 2020 election, Angela Shepherd began to have questions surrounding the election process. Rather than becoming a keyboard warrior complaining on the internet about the glaring issues with the 2020 election across the nation, she felt led to actually do something, and to focus locally.
