Caroline works with women around healing our relationships with our own sexual healing energies, recognising and overcoming shame, and reconnecting to our bodies. In this episode, we talk about what sexual shame feels like, how we can recognise it, how to transform it into something more useful, and how to start reconnecting to our own pleasure post-kids. I was so excited to have Caroline join me on this, she is one of my favourite sexperts and her wealth of knowledge in this area is really impressive.
