Over 25 years of experience in Emergency Services and as a provider/manager of prehospital emergency and critical care, education and leadership in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Medical Devices field. Most recently as a Senior Manager for Clinical Operations for ZOLL Medical.  Terry also serves on the ACR Advisory Board.

Joe is a retired EMS Chief from Rialto Fire Department in California with over 40 years in the fire service and is also the founder of Advanced Cardiac Resuscitation.  Joe also sits on the ACR advisory Board as the chairman. Joe believes nothing trumps compressions, nothing!  Joe's goal for our industry is to get to 50.1% neurological survival from cardiac arrest by 2030.
