Casey is abducted along with two other classmates by a man named Dennis. The three girls awaken to learn they are being held captive in an underground lair. Final girl Casey quickly learns that this man Dennis is only one of many identities that live inside this human being. With Casey's complex troubled past, her intuitive thinking, and intellectual ability she fights to survive!
