Jul 30 2018 • 55 mins

Losses that occur at the prime of our lives can bring great challenges. Whether it’s the loss of a job or the decision to end a marriage, the accumulated losses at midlife can create havoc for people. But it also provides an opportunity for redemption. In her book, Midlife Maze, Dr. Janis Clark Johnston focuses on midlife development and recovery from losses that can flood adulthood. As troubling and unwanted as these losses may be, Dr. Johnston believes there is tremendous learning from the grieving process. In today’s show, she will explain what these lessons are and what it takes to get on track to live the life you’ve always wanted!
