Long-time friend of the show and all around fascinating being. Our experience of Mark has been someone who's passionate about cooking, nurturing the environment and people, and tackling big projects boldly!   I asked Mark to introduce himself: "I have spent years in finance and banking and real estate development, and have an intricate knowledge of what these activities end up looking like in practice. At a certain point in my career it became obvious the corporate world wasn't right for me personally, and I preferred to live my life for a living.
