Dr. Phil recently aired a show with a full on attack of DEI.  The aftermath of that show, has left advocates and talent leaders - receiving backlash from the public.  From a show host who got his start from a Black woman, he now pivots to attack others who are helping others...the hypocrisy of the WM.
