Nick Warren has been an entrepreneur at heart ever since he was a kid, so it's no surprise that he fell into the world of real estate. After quickly outgrowing his first small 4 person office, he decided to open up his own shop, Warren Residential. That office eventually partnered up with Berkshire Hathaway and became part of their HomeServices franchise.
