Let's be honest. Nobody likes to feel bloated and have poor elimination. In our modern world there are so many distractions and too often we aren’t tuned into our beautiful bodies. I hope that after listening to today's episode you will pay attention to some of your current rhythms and try out some of what I am suggesting.
