In this year of a pandemic, mental health issues are a major concern for our students.  Ashley Morgan Soukup, a licensed therapist working in private practice, shares her thoughts and concerns about  mental health pre, during, and post pandemic.  And it's also okay to say that as school counselors, some days we are not okay either.
