Discussion with Dr. Vaughan about mentoring and coaching new principals and teachers. Vaughan retired from Chesapeake Public Schools after 37 years, serving as a teacher, principal, and an assistant superintendent.  He has also served as an adjunct professor at several universities.  He supervises administrative internships, special education internships, and Career Switchers, in addition to teaching various courses in the Education Leadership Program. Vaughan provides insights into the education profession and mentoring tomorrow’s future educational leaders.
