Discussion points: It’s a national security issue and in terms of dollars and cents, research suggests that the current COVID learning loss could equate up to 2 trillion in lost lifetime earnings for K12 students.   The pandemic has created a triple threat: students largely disengaged, extreme variations in student academic progress, and demoralized teaching core. All three must be addressed simultaneously.  How do educational leaders move forward?
