Alanna Levenson will share with us a powerful mindset as a jumping point, a philosophy for forgiveness, and the four potential outcomes of every choice we make. She will also share three questions you can use to check in with yourself before taking that next step forward.

Alanna will also walk us through a deceivingly easy HeartMath technique to access your heart’s intuition when out-of-the-box solutions or important decisions are needed.

Alanna Levenson has had an untraditional career path that includes Tech Sales, Start-ups, acting and Entertainment Corporate, Non-profits, and CX, and embraced her life purpose in Professional Coaching starting in 2005. As a lifelong learner she is an ICF PCC Credentialed Coach with grounded experience in Life Coaching, Professional Coaching, Team Coaching, Leadership Development and Small Business Coaching.

With I Love My Life! Coaching and Consulting, she’s worked with 230+ individual clients, as old as 16 and as young as 80, and has facilitated MasterMind groups, and worked with small business owners and entrepreneurs. During her time at Cisco, she facilitated over 200 workshops encompassing custom Team Coaching, the “Power of Teams” and Virtual Health Checks with teams across all organizations.

She has achieved multiple coaching certifications from HearthMath Institute, ORSC/CRR Global, GTCI, TMBC, and iPEC. She also has a HR Management Certificate from Cornell University ILR, and a PCC credential from ICF International.

When she isn’t working and makes it a priority to step away from her computer, she enjoys getting her hands dirty learning about permaculture, traveling, listening to audiobooks, cooking, yoga, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and staying up to date on world events.
