For the International Women's Rights Day (March 8), discover the interview of Annja Karlsson, COO and co-founder of Eir Försäkring, an insurance company focusing on digital. Annja is a determined woman passionate about reinsurance where she found great evolving opportunities. She manages a mostly male team, even though, she is trying hardly to recruit more women.

Together, we will discuss women leadership, diversity and inclusion, but also why recruiting female talent is still an issue.
