Brian has 20+ years of experience investing in real estate and is currently invested both passively and actively in 1,994 total units across 19 different properties with an aggregate value at closing of $338M. He earned his BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas at San Antonio and worked in the financial services industry for 25 years, 10 of which were as a licensed investment advisor and stockbroker.
