In the political world The Pendulum always swings back - but is it in 2020?

One week after Election Day and we still do not have a declared winner.  Many States are still not called for either candidate while others find themselves the target of legal action from the Trump Administration.  With no clear winner to date it's anybody's ballgame and the question remains . . . is The Pendulum about to swing back - or is it still moving forward?
