Episode 8: 3 Questions

Episode 8: 3 Questions
In this podcast today, I'm going to ask you 3 questions that will help you reflect on yourself and your life. These questions can be really helpful in determining your next steps and helping you find more fulfillment in life. Are you feeling any pain right now? What would you love to see differently in your life and what would that look like? What is one small thing you can do for yourself today to work towards that hope? Our bodies are incredible things. They are designed to protect us from harm and to heal us when we are hurt. But sometimes, the physical pain we experience can be a reminder of past trauma or hurt. This is because our bodies store memories of both good and bad experiences. When we encounter something that reminds our body of a negative experience, it can bring up those old feelings of pain and hurt. However, the pain we feel in our bodies can also be a sign that we are doing something wrong or that we need to make a change. So, if you are feeling any pain right now, ask yourself what your body might be trying to tell you. It could be something as simple as needing to drink more water or getting more rest, or might be a bit more complex and prompting you to speak to a health professional. We all have something in our lives that we would like to change. For some of us, it may be our job, our relationships, our weight, or where we live. The list goes on and on. Changing our lives can be a scary proposition because it means stepping out of our comfort zones and into the unknown. However, it is important to remember that we cannot change something if we do not know what we want that change to look like. So, take some time to think about what you would like to see differently in your life. What would that look like? What would you be doing? Who would you be spending your time with? Once you have a clear idea of what you want, you can begin to explore the possibilities and brainstorm what that might look like. When it comes to making positive changes in our lives, it's often easy to feel overwhelmed. Where do I even start? How can I make a lasting difference? Will my efforts really make a difference? These are all common questions that can prevent us from even taking the first step. The good news is, we can start small. Making small changes in our daily lives can have a big impact in the long run. And it doesn't have to be something major or life-changing. Sometimes, it can be as simple as adding a daily walk to our routine or packing a healthy lunch instead of buying takeout.Starting small also helps to ease the feeling of being overwhelmed.Take a listen to find out more!WEBSITE: https://bloomnarratives.com/ THE GARDEN COMMUNITY: https://bloomnarratives.com/thegardenFB: https://www.facebook.com/bloom.narrativesIG: https://www.instagram.com/bloom.narratives/IG: https://www.instagram.com/likethefruitcherry/❗FREE DIGITAL DAILY PLANNER: https://bloomnarratives.com/brain-dump-sign-up-kp9083j Follow for future episodes ! Episode 6: Bad Days
It's okay to have days where you aren't feeling great. In fact, it's normal! We all have them, and it doesn't mean something is always wrong. It's okay to have days where you aren't feeling great. It's usually your body asking you to check in with it and nurture yourself. When we don't take the time to listen to our bodies, they will eventually speak louder. This can manifest as physical or emotional symptoms that are difficult to ignore. If you're noticing that you've been having more of these off days than usual, maybe it's time for you to slow down and take some time for self-care.Bad days happen to everyone, but that doesn't mean they're fun. It's important to listen to your body and give it what it needs when these days come around. Join Cherry and Sharla in this podcast where they talk about their recent bad days, how they leaned into the discomfort, and how they nurture themselves on days when they're not feeling their best. They also explore how to do this in a way that works for you, so that you can make the most of your off days.If you're struggling with bad days, or if you just want to learn more about self-care, this podcast is for you!WEBSITE: https://bloomnarratives.com/ THE GARDEN COMMUNITY: https://bloomnarratives.com/thegardenFB: https://www.facebook.com/bloom.narrativesIG: https://www.instagram.com/bloom.narratives/IG: https://www.instagram.com/likethefruitcherry/❗FREE BRAINDUMP HOW TO: https://bloomnarratives.com/brain-dump-sign-up-kp9083j Follow for future episodes !
