Every year we find ourselves  listing new goals, but most of the times we find ourselves diverting from the path towards. achieving them due to many factors. Our guest on this episode, Nathalie Khalaf shares with me her personal experience of healing and of becoming. Nathalie  is a certified Holistic Wellness Counselor at Taabeer Personal Coaching Services, where she helps adults and teens overcome challenging issues such as self-esteem, anxiety, depression and stress.

As an accredited member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, Nathalie now offers one on one sessions to help anyone better understand their issues and struggles and reach wellness and happiness in a holistic way. Her method revolves around talking or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and reaching memories long buried in our subconscious mind while tapping into our energy field.

Some of her most acclaimed workshops are the "Introduction to Our Chakra", which is focused on helping people understand the way the mind-emotion-body relationship works; and the "Vision Boards", where she teaches her clients how to use these as tools to help their brains attract what they desire in their lives.
