The ruling affirms the lower court’s determination that the Biden Administration’s massive operation to coerce social media platforms to suppress conservative speech on topics from the safety of COVID vaccines to election security likely violates the First Amendment, warranting a preliminary injunction against officials at the White House, the office of the Surgeon General, the FBI, and the CDC.
