11 years ago after giving birth to twin girls Weight Loss Personal Development Coach-Brit Tafoya also known as The Weight War Coach, decided she wanted to be a healthier mom & health-embracing role model to her 3 girls.

She wanted to lose the 90LBS of baby weight a healthy way, and lose it for good!

Prior to her quest, Brit suffered with weight issues since the age of 13.

Growing up being made fun of for the size of her arms or legs-made her feel disconnected from herself, and made her resent her body; and try very unhealthy methods to lose weight.

Brit was always in a battle with her body & weight, until God spoke to her and let her know she was hurting her body with the extreme dieting behaviors & lack of interest in what was actually going on inside of her body; her health & well-being.

She transformed her “starve then binge eat mentality” and lost all of her baby weight in 6 months.

She then went on to become a natural bikini competitor placing top 3 in her first ever body building competition

It’s been 11 years since she decided to take her power back over her mind, body & habits and now she helps women who are in the same spiral of losing & gaining weight transform their lives permanently and build a new relationship with food and caring for their bodies.
