This episode is from one of my coaching calls. If you are interested in financial coaching services please visit my website: https://www.onroutefinancial.com/

In this episode my client shares her fears and frustrastions of entrepreneurship when she took the leap from a dependable teaching job to pursue her true passion as a full-time coach and entrepreneur.

She shares her journey of leaving her teaching job behind because it no longer aligned with her soul's calling. Now, as a full-time coach, she faces the unpredictable world of entrepreneurship, where financial stability can be difficult to maintain.

Entrepreneurship presents a unique set of challenges, especially when the funds and income streams are not super dependable especially during the early stages when resources and a solid client base are still being built.

Many entrepreneurs find it challenging to reach a sustainable income level, and this does not make them failures. It takes time and perseverance to build a thriving business that can support you as an owner.

One of the obstacles my client faces is knowing where to obtain funds for her business, such as grants and business loans. The spiritual nature of her work adds an additional layer of complexity when it comes to seeking financial support.

We talk about:

  • The highs and lows of entrepreneurship
  • Financial uncertainty
  • The courage it takes to start a business
  • How to find resources for your business
  • Understanding that you’re not a failure
  • It takes years to build a profitable business
