रंग, रास और हुड़दंग: ब्रज की होली
कृष्ण की जन्म भूमि ब्रज की होली अदभुत होती है। एक हफ्ता चलने वाली ये होली गोकुल, बरसाने होते हुए अंत में होली के दिन मथुरा में खेली जाती है। मंदिर हों या मोहल्ले सभी जगह रंग, भंग और रास की ऐसी लीला होती है जिसका जोड़ दुनिया में दूसरा नहीं मिलता। बरसाने में महिलाऐं पुरुषों को लाठियां मारती हैं तो गोवेर्धन में लोग एक दूसरे पर फूलों की वर्षा करते हैं। होली में अगर आप ब्रज जाएं तो ऐसा नहीं हो सकता की उसका रंग आप पर भी न चढ़ जाए।A riot of colours and taste: Holi Brij ki Holi aur Bhaang ki goli

Holi is celebrated throughout India in various forms but the one we witness in the Braj region of Uttar Pradesh has few parallels. For seven days it moves from place to place only to culminate in Mathura on the last day. It's a time to indulge in food, fun and frolic. Colours, Sticks and flowers all become part of the celebration and intoxication.
