Aishat is a British Nigerian who moved to America 4 years ago to be with her husband. She has a career as a Certified Orthoptist, helping to diagnose and manage eye movement problems for children and adults. A year ago she started a mom blog (The Good Mutha) after having 2 daughters of her own during COVID. Aishat experienced the many challenges that come with motherhood and the loneliness it can also bring. She started her blog to build a community for mothers who could share these challenges and have a place where they felt seen and supported.
