Tell us about your podcast

It basically provides strategies, tips and techniques for sales coaches.
It’s an educational and kind of “train the trainer” type of podcast where we are coaching other coaches.
It’s a topic that we both love so much.

What Podcast Rain has happened because of your podcast shows?

The podcast rain has been crazy. I really had no idea that the return would be phenomenal.
We tripled the number of clinic attendees this year over last year.
Somebody came up to me and said Are you Sabine? And I said why? And she said I recognized your voice. She has been listening to the podcast and that cracked me up.

What things have you done over the years to get better at the craft of podcasting?

I think philosophically, preparation is really important to us. It’s always been important to me.
I`ve always had a philosophy that for every hour of work you do typically there`s an hour of preparation that goes into that.
We would never show up not having talked about it ahead of time. I think that it`s a special partnership too.

How important is the growth of your audience?

I would say because it was the right audience and they find value in it, it's spread like wildfire within that audience and we`re getting the results that we want.
I think we`re the only podcast of our kind out there so for this particular narrow audience I think it's underserved like there's not a lot of resources for this group so they're loving it.

How do you get value from your show?
