Welcome to Don’t Play With Us!  A podcast dedicated to the empowerment, inspiration and healing of middle aged women.

Each episode of this podcast is to help the growth and development of women. This is NOT intended to replace professional therapy nor is it  intended to be professional therapy;  however it is intended to be therapeutic.  These episodes are all personal reflections and ideas brought on by my own life experiences and observations.  Please seek professional therapy if needed.

Episode 2:  This  episodes talks about the importance of checking in on yourself.  Often times we are so use to being problem solvers  for everyone else that we don’t know how to step aside and worry about ourselves and our own problems. We need to learn the art of minding our own business and  making us the priority. It’s about truly getting to know ourselves. It’s our time!
