As a military spouse, you are known as dependent, the wife, and your spouse's wife. You are expected to conform to the military standards, live in constant uncertainty, and be flexible at all times with change. The WIFE Family Therapy is here to help you regain your sense of self, cope with the military, and make you stronger in your relationships.

As a military spouse, you play multiple roles in life and most often do not get the recognition for those roles. Asking for help can be a challenge. Military families dealing with deployments, single parenting, PCS moves, combat wounds, trauma, secondary trauma causes strains on the individuals and the families. While there is still stigma within the military to seek help, I provide confidential therapy to help you gain your "normal" life again.

Christina is a suicide attempt survivor after experiencing severe caregiver’s fatigue. This incident is what prompted her to become a licensed therapist. Christina’s passion is helping military spouses learn to cope with secondary trauma and caregiver burnout so they don’t experience what she went through.

"PTSD has touched me in a way that allowed me to pay it forward to other spouses who struggle with it as well. If you are looking for someone who can relate to your struggles and has lived through it successfully, please contact me to get scheduled for a free consultation." - Christina

Services Provided: Individual, couples, and group therapy to military families. Past groups have included PTSD Support Group for Spouses.
