I've seen a lot of people lose that passion to make content for the internet and it sucks. But you have to keep going. In order for you to do what you love... make it a passion around that "thing" or whatever it is that you're zoned in on. A mental break helps in certain situations when it comes to creativity and by doing that you give your mind a chance to come up with ideas for your platforms.
