Today we talk about family dynamics.  For some, growing up was great and can look back with some of the best memories! As we know though, even situations like that, nothing‘s perfect.  For many and even in the best households, growing up came with challenges and traumas.  These are the things that we will deal with well into our adult hood.  Today, we chat about how family dynamics change and what are some ways to help move past those challenges and not repeat the cycle!
