In this episode we take a look back at British history and exlore the critical decision to abolish Primogeniture (the state of being first born). Changing this historical tradition shattered palace ceilings and helped to improve the trajactory of gender equity for the British monarchy. It can be said that the road for gender equity in England was paved by queens and the phrase "Long Live the Queen" should be an inspiration for us in the States to increase the percentage of females in corporate C-suites.
