In our glass today is POUILLY-FUISSÉ by Jadot.
Produced in the Mâconnais region of Burgundy, this famous wine is partially barrel fermented with 6 months of ageing in French oak casks. The judicious, subtle use of oak allows Louis Jadot’s Pouilly-Fuissé to retain its complexity and structure.
GRAPES:
100% Chardonnay
TASTE:
This wine has aromas of fresh red apples, honey and white flowers with elegant and rich flavors of toasted nuts and citrus. One of the purest expressions of this typical Burgundian grape.
PAIRINGS:
Roasted salmon, shellfish or creamy cheeses.
DISTINCTION:
Pouilly-Fuissé appellation epitomizes the top of the hierarchy of Mâconnais wines.

In our sass, we are talking to middle school parents as well as parents of kids in the fifth grade. Take a listen to some of the things we have learned in our first half of parenting kids in the sixth grade. We talk about what we wish we knew before and little things that we had no clue would be our new truths.
