Kenneth Knotts, a Texas man, died in police custody in 2022. Chicago police shot and killed Dexter Reed in Chicago after the criminal suspect opened fire on law enforcement. Democrats hope to use the death of Knottts and Reed, two black men, to scare black people into voting for Joe Biden in November.
