In the final episode of our series on How to Love Your Work, Gina talks us through the systems that are holding us back in the modern workplace. These structures are heavily masculine with little use of our powerful feminine energy. Due to this imbalance, women are often underperforming relative to their potential in corporate roles while working against more friction than men. Gina explains that by bringing more feminine actions and methods into the workplace, we can actually be more efficient, powerful and creative. This energetic balance is key to loving your work because your genius is your focus, but your feminine energy is how you bring that vision into the world with far greater reach, ease, and joy.
