Ryan Heffington is a choreographer, director, performance artist and the owner of The Sweat Spot dance space in Los Angeles. Awarded Performing Arts Innovator of the Year (2017) by the Wall Street Journal, Ryan Heffington continues to be a leading voice in contemporary movement. Ryan’s choreography became a worldwide sensation with the debut of Sia’s music video, “Chandelier” with 2 billion plus views. In television and film, Heffington’s work can be seen in Mascots, Baby Driver, Netflix’s The OA, HBO’s Euphoria, and Amazon’s Transparent. In addition, Heffington has received many accolades for his collaboration with Spike Jonze on KENZO World perfume commercial which received the highest honor at the 2017 Cannes Lions Festival. He has worked with dozens of music artists such as Arcade Fire, Paul McCartney, Florence + The Machine, Christine & The Queens, Billy Idol, FKA Twigs, Lykke Li, Chet Faker, Massive Attack, Years & Years and many more. The list of commercial clients include: Target, Evian, Chanel, Acura, Under Occasionally, Stella Artois, Apple, Nike amongst others.

Kara Hoppe, MA, MFT, is a mother, psychotherapist, teacher, artist, and storyteller. She has spent the last decade working with individuals and couples toward healing and growing, and toward becoming grounded, integrated people with better access to their own instincts, wisdom, and creativity. Kara currently sees clients in private practice in Pasadena, CA and virtually.
