It is with great pleasure that I got to sit down with my old team leader and mentor Colonel Tim Bliedistel. The Colonel is a decorated war veteran, father, husband, commercial airline pilot, friend and mentor. We discuss everything from his college days to combat. His outlook on how a leader should lead is the definition of inspiring. He has taught me everything I know about leadership and taking care of your men.
