Have you ever done a goal poster or vision board and NOT hit the goal? We've been there! You probably see pictures online of the perfectly curated goal poster - beautiful photos, a collage with phrases like "you got this" or "this is your year" scattered about. You may have even done the old "paste your head on someone else's body" to visualize a physical trait.
Believe it or not there is a scientific reason why those types of posters don't work. The good news it that it's not you it's the poster! When you learn how your brain works and how to set goals properly, you can't help but achieve everything you set out to do.
