Oksana is a daughter of Ukrainian refugees who survived Nazi slave camps during WWII and spent years in Displaced Person Camps in Europe before finding a home in the USA. During her thirty-year career, she has worked in finance, accounting and consulting roles she has a CPA and MBA and has worked internationally in Ukraine and Italy. Today, she is a Manhattan based Managing Director of a global consulting, technology and outsourcing firm and has begun a second career as a writer.
