Joining us this week is actress and West End star Vivien Parry.

We chat about an amazing career that’s taken her from writing skits for the Brownies as a child to Theatre Clwyd, Broadway and London’s West End where she currently stars in one of the most iconic and successful musicals of all time, Cabaret.

We also learn about her Yoga skills, her bus driving licence and how training to be a therapist helped her with her own mental health.

Viv is a good friend of the show and very kindly joins us on her one day off from a busy schedule to share a wealth of her wisdom and experience.
