This weeks episode is a tough one – burnout. What better time to record a podcast episode about burnout, than when I am in the middle of an epic burnout? There are tears and some sniffles but I do identify the signs of burnout. I also speak about what I have done (and am currently doing) to come back from a career burnout. I understand this isn’t the usual ‘be an artist, it’s great!’ type episode. This may have a few people questioning their desire to work full time for themselves. Some others may deeply connect with this area of creative life. Please remember if you are in a similar space, you are not alone. Lifeline has a great helpline on 13 11 14.
