Dr James B Rieley ran his successful manufacturing company for more than 20 years before he sold the business. With his extensive experience, PhD in Organisational Effectiveness, and Bachelor's in Business Administration, it's not surprising that CEOs and senior leadership teams across Europe and America have since called upon his advisory services for their own companies.
As well as writing articles for dozens of journals and magazines, he's published several business books. But he's also expanded his repertoire of published works with an anthology, a novel, and a memoir of his time living in Mallorca and then in the British Virgin Islands.
James is a can-do person with a passion for creativity and infectious enthusiasm for new projects and sharing stories. Among other topics in this episode he talks about book critiques, how he begins a new project, and why he wondered if he'd need to learn Chinese!
