Munich-born Caroline Fabian trained as a chef in her native country and worked in Canada before coming to Mallorca, where she first worked in Michelin-starred restaurant Es Racó des Teix in Deià. Caroline has now been a private cook for more than 10 years and her debut cookbook - revealing her love of Mallorcan cuisine and the island's ingredients - has recently been published.
