Jewell Swetman is the owner of a healthy protein bar company, Sweet Fuel based in Ventura, California. Jewell talks about growing up overweight and unhealthy before a year-long health scare forced her to change her eating habits and she started losing weight. Before she knew it, she was quitting her job, starting a nutrition company and inspiring others through her story. It’s incremental, marginal improvements over time that led her to the healthy life she now champions.
