Sometimes one of the most difficult tasks for teachers and parents of high school students with disabilities is preparing a good transition plan for employment goals.  In today's episode, you will get some of the employment questions that my colleague and I included in our STAR (Students Transitioning to Adult Roles) Person-Centered Planning module.
