In the 1990s, in Hudson County, New Jersey police corruption was running rampant.  A small town in Hudson County called West New York had sold its soul to the Cuban and Italian Mafias.  The police were on the take.  We talked to Richard Rivera a young police officer who worked with the FBI, wore a wire, and put himself in danger to expose corruption within the ranks of the police.   Richard Rivera is an expert in police procedure and police protocol.  He has appeared on Vice Television and other programs discussing his time in West New York and the current state of policing.
