Getting quiet and listening inward is allowing me to learn who I really am. Changing my eating habits has broken my food addiction. Decluttering my apartment has shown me how good it feels to have more breathing room.  And now questioning my thought patterns has me wanting to live life completely differently.My cravings didn't have to dictate what I ate. My attachment to Earthly belongings didn't have to weigh me down. My pattern of leaning on my mind/brain/intellect doesn't have to determine where I go in life. I am hearing the call to finally allow my heart/womb/SOUL to guide my path and have the biggest say in my life!In that spirit, I am excited to share - through the end of April 2024, these "Listen Inward" sessions are completely free! We don't always get to know what affect we have on people. Sometimes, we do get the gift of hearing how we impacted someone. But even then, words can mean so many different things. For example, when I say the  color "blue," what hue and brightness and texture are you imagining? Probably not the exaaact same one that I am. Even if someone beautifully articulates or gracefully sings/dances/expresses their gratitude, we can't ever reeeally know someone's internal world.  Your job, your calling, your purpose is to make YOUR ripples in the world, regardless of how you think others might receive you. We get to impact each other in this ever flowing river of life (even if we can never TRULY know what exactly that impact is). We get to speak LIFE into each other and walk each other home. It is an honor to be on this planet at this time with all of you Already Unleashed humans! I love observing little kids. Whatever they feel, they FULLY feel. And they will let you know! They're hungry or tired or running full throttle toward the ocean or whatever it is, they're fully in that experience. When did we lose the willingness to do that? I was celebrating love over the weekend and dancing until I was drenched in sweat. It felt amazing to fully surrender to the moment and I am going to consciously cultivate more moments of choice like that.

Bravery is relative. What required bravery of me 2 years ago is now second nature, and yet effortlessly running Spartan races in my early 20s would now require bravery. Life is a beautiful dance and we get to play within it. What brave actions are needed for you to become who you want to be?

This is the first and only time you will ever be here. Of course we hope that we will have a first and only, let's say, engagement and marriage. But even if you get married again, that's your first and only SECOND marriage! And as you master your sport or art, yeah it may be your 10,000th free throw... but that's your first and only 10,000th free throw! When I really sink into this idea, I can't help but see how precious each moment really is. And I can be gentle with myself and reel myself back into the PRESENT if/when I ever creep into the past or the future. This is my first and only NOW. I want to be here for it!

I graduated with my Pharm.D. 10 years ago today! As incredible and amazing as this decade has been... I am way more excited about what the next 10 years hold. My alarm went off right as I was about to say "absolutely monumental" and I trust that that was exactly right divine timing. So, it stays! How beautiful that I get to more intentionally, enthusiastically, femininely author the next decade of my life.

I'm baaaaaack! Everyone always says "Be Present," but what does that really mean and why is it so damn hard to do? I learned a new phrase recently and it lands so differently. Come listen to how "Be in The Moment" can shift your perspective.

I'm learning to have grace with myself as I learn how to walk - literally and figuratively - in many new areas of life. I've been nerding out lately on "barefoot footwear." Our connection to the Earth affects everything downstream. Our feet are our connection... and everything downstream of our feet... is literally our entire body! Why is "resting bitch face" even a thing? We may have been conditioned and programmed to think that stress, worry, and anxiety are normal. But that is not our natural state! It will take awareness and commitment, but you get to choose what your baseline is. You get to choose and practice what your resting face looks and feels like! You get to remember and come home to your playful, open, and loving true self.

I experienced a stampede at a music festival. Here, I share the insights I gained from the event. I initially yelled and screamed and shrieked and hollered... until my wise inner voice spoke so clearly to me. The message was so simple and wise, that it was actually hilarious! Just stand up. How can you apply this lesson in your life as an already unleashed, sovereign being?
